Patrik Sundberg is a Software Engineer at Google, where he has spent the past 5 years working on healthcare. He’s currently on the Google Brain team, where his focus has been on applying machine-learning predictions over medical records, and on the data transformations needed to normalize healthcare data into FHIR. Patrik originally joined Google to work on Image Search, where he built the infrastructure systems to update and serve the search index. Previously, he worked at Amazon.com on product recommendations. Patrik received his M. Eng. in Computer Science and S.B. degrees in Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
